Product Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have comments or questions, you may contact our technical support department at 800-226-7529 or email at support@ccc-soft.com between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Our technical support team will do everything possible to assist you. We stand behind our guarantee and offer the highest quality software and service. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our software, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the purchase date as shown on your invoice.

To Return a Product for Credit or Refund

Call your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Repack the item in its original packing, with all other materials. Special bonus offers with the purchase must also be returned to receive proper credit. The RMA/Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping label and inside the box. The returned item must be received within 35-calendar days after the original order date. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customer. Products that are rejected or marked return to sender by the customer will not be accepted.

The product that is being returned must be in new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In order to provide prompt service to you, we recommend using a shipping number to track your shipment from your postal carrier, with the signature required when returning products to us. Some products may carry a restocking fee and your sales representative will identify these to you when you call.

*Items Not Covered Under Return Policy

Some items are not covered by this return policy. These include: Microsoft MapPoint, Training Fees, Technical Support, File Conversions and Hardware purchased from Coastal (Caller ID, Bar Code Scanners, PDAs, GPS, Printers, or any other mobile computing hardware).

Please note: refund processing can take up to two weeks after receipt for us or your merchant bank (your bank or credit card company) to apply credits.
