Using ESC with TimeTrack is a snap. Once a service call is assigned to a technician using our drag and drop dispatch board, a text message is sent to the phone to notify the technician of a new job. Once that technician logs into the Xora application on the handset he can view all the details of that job including: Job Description, Customer Information: Contact, Phone, Address,City, State, Zip, and Job Promised Time
ESC Xora GPS
As your technicians travel to their jobs, the Xora software, in conjunction with your GPS
enabled Nextel phone, will track your technician's position. ESC will plot each technician
and job on the map within the ESC dispatch board. This will enable your dispatcher
to track and dispatch the closest available technician to a job.
Using ESC's powerful Route Optimization feature you can choose the best technician for
a job or simply organize all your jobs for your technicians with a few mouse clicks.
